Our counselors use a holistic approach, customizing their methods for each client's specific needs. They understand that mental health issues, like trauma, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD, are linked to emotional, physical, and social well-being. They apply proven techniques, combining traditional therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed theory, and mindfulness to help clients build coping skills, self-awareness, and resilience.
We also consider lifestyle factors like nutrition, exercise, and sleep that impact mental health.
In trauma care, they create safe environments for clients to share their experiences and offer supportive help.
For anxiety and mood disorders, they teach relaxation and stress management, and with children and teens with ADHD, they emphasize organizational skills and teamwork with families and schools.
Ultimately, our goal is to support clients in achieving overall well-being by recognizing the connections between mind, body, and spirit, promoting understanding and personal growth.
Meet the Team
Our therapists and counselors are dedicated to continuous learning in the ever-changing field of mental health. They participate in ongoing education, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on best practices and new therapies. This commitment allows them to offer high-quality support tailored to each client's needs, creating a trusting and nurturing environment.
Additionally, they practice the principles they teach. By prioritizing their own mental and physical health, they model healthy habits for their clients. This not only boosts their credibility but also encourages clients to confidently pursue their own wellness journeys. Through their dedication to knowledge and authenticity, our counselors foster a transformative space for all.

Owner and Psychotherapist
Olivia is an AZ licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in various therapy approaches. She is a certified Functional Medicine and Trauma Specialist and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy techniques. This allows her to connect profoundly with clients, especially first responders dealing with trauma and PTSD and also families of children that have special needs. She employs a compassionate, integrated method that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques, person-centered with trauma-informed practices, and practical lifestyle application curated for individual needs. Olivia is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Her sessions often integrate mindfulness strategies to help clients stay present, reducing anxiety and building resilience. Throughout therapy, Olivia encourages clients to express their experiences and reshape their stories, enabling them to discover meaning and strength.
Understanding the specific challenges faced by first responders, Olivia uses tailored interventions, including peer support techniques and education on the psychological effects of their work. Her approach to therapy is candid and genuine and provides authentic and effective techniques, keeping in mind that this journey is YOURS and it is an honor to walk along side you.

Caitlin Reyes, LCSW
Telehealth Clinician
626-470-9031
Caitlin’s experience as a therapist has centered around treating individuals with trauma, including both small and large traumas. Her specialty is working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Caitlin helps clients to not only talk about distressing experiences, but also engage in a structured process to access their own healing capabilities. EMDR is an evidence-based practice that enables clients to process and reframe distressing experiences, so that they no longer hold power over daily life. Caitlin also gladly provides faith-affirming care for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual or religious beliefs into the healing process.
Clients who work with Caitlin can expect that, by the end of treatment, they will find relief, growth, and a renewed sense of safety and empowerment. Caitlin works with clients from a mindset of “planned obsolescence,” in which she plans to become unneeded as her clients regain confidence, become more in control of their emotions, and feel capable to move forward in life with a stronger sense of self.

Todd is accepting new clients for May 2026 and offering reduced fee services.
Todd is a dedicated behavioral health professional who brings an integrative and holistic approach to counseling. With experience supporting individuals through trauma, substance use challenges, and life transitions. He believes mental health care is most effective when it considers the whole person—mind, body, nervous system, and daily life patterns.
He offers a client-centered, trauma-informed approach grounded in evidence-based therapy and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. He also incorporates neurofeedback, a non-invasive, brain-based training approach that helps the brain learn more efficient patterns of functioning. Neurofeedback can support concerns such as anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, stress, attention and focus difficulties, sleep disturbances, mood regulation, and emotional reactivity. Used alongside traditional talk therapy and holistic wellness strategies, neurofeedback helps strengthen self-regulation and nervous system balance, supporting improved overall well-being.
As a disabled combat veteran, he has deep respect for resilience and the complexity of human experience. He strives to foster a calm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build practical coping skills, and move toward lasting personal growth.
