Initial Phone
Consultation
Clients are entitled to a free, 15-minute phone call to briefly ask questions, check their interest in services, discuss availability and costs, and determine if the therapeutic relationship is a good fit.
Assessment and Treatment Plan
$150-$165 self-pay
During the initial session each client will have a 60-minutes to complete a bio-psychosocial assessment. During this appointment, we will work together to gain an understanding of your emotional, mental, and physical health, as well as identify the support systems in your life. We will also discuss the goals you hope to achieve through counseling.
Individual and Couples Therapy
$120-$150 self-pay

What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to develop a treatment plan. You will discuss what brings you to counseling, review your history, and identify your goals.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, your privacy is very important. Everything discussed in session is confidential, with a few legal exceptions such as risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or court orders.
How long are sessions and how often will we meet?
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and goals.
What insurance do you take?
We are in network with BCBS AZ, and AETNA, AETNA EAP, Mutual of Omaha EAP. We also accept ESA.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least a 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late or same day cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a fee.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want support in understanding yourself better, therapy can be a helpful space. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling.
